Retailer Log In/Out
Select retailers require marketing companies like BDS Connected Solutions to check in at their locations. The retailer log in page enables icMobile users to view links to retailer login websites/mobile apps.

Field reps are required in Best Buy and Walmart to login to a web based portal to let the store know when they arrived and leave the location.
To help support the field reps to meet these requirements a retailer login page is available on icMobile.
The Retail Login page is accessible from the main menu.

Best Buy LILO
- LILO stands for Log In Log Out
- VID stands for vendor identification and is the username for the LILO system.
- Clicking the VID copies the ID to the clipboard.
- Clicking the Best Buy LILO link open a mobile browser to the Best Buy LILO website login page
- Clicking in the username field on the LILO login page will paste the VID into the field.

Walmart VOLT
- Clicking the Walmart VOLT link opens a the webpage to download the VOLT app.

Retailer Log In/Log Out Tasks
The retailer login page is accessible from Retail Log In and Retail Log Out tasks at the beginning and end of Best Buy and Walmart call form entries.

The call form detects whether a call form is for the Best Buy or Walmart chain and automatically adds the Retail Log In/Out tasks without additional setup.
These tasks are required and contain identical information.

Best Buy and Walmart are the retailers currently setup to show on the Retailer Log in page. If additional retailers require this information in the future it can be added by submitting a help center ticket to the IC category.
