Items
Insight:Center items are a client’s product skus, sku categories, sizes, almost any categorization of things that questions can be asked about. Items are displayed on the call form and Item questions are asked for each item authorized for a store.
By asking questions in relation to a client’s products (items) the reporting Items provides valuable intelligence on how the product is perceived in the marketplace.
