Step 10 - Calendar Activities
Calendar Activities categorize the appointments scheduled by people on the i:c calendar. These activities can be created by the Account Team to break down the time for their Team into.

Tasks in step
- A calendar activity is automatically created for each call form
- (Optional) New calendar activities can be created to enable people to allocate time on the calendar for, Example:
- Sick Time
- Vacation Time
- Office Time
Detail overview of steps
There are two types of Calendar Activities:

Call Form – enables a person to schedule an appointment on the calendar to do work in a store for a client using a call form. This activity is created automatically by i:c when a call form is launched.

Calendar Only – These are activities for which the Team wants to track time on the calendar, but doesn’t need a call form entered.

Adding Calendar Only Activities
- After logging into i:c select a Team and navigate to Manage - Activities on the menu
- Select the Add Activity button on the toolbar.

- Fill in the Activity Name
- Choose the Activity Type - Calendar Only
- Choose a color or leave blank for no color
- To have the Activity appear immediately leave the Active checkbox checked. To make the Activity active at a later time uncheck the box upon setup and check when it is ready to go live.
- Click the check to save or X to cancel.
