Call Forms
Call Forms
Insight:Center’s main purpose is collecting field representative data who have performed activities for BDSmktg clients. A call form is a collection of questions asked about a store (location) or an item (product) by a person on a particular date for a client.
When these call forms, of answered questions, are saved online the data is used by the Account Team and Business Intelligence (BI) teams to analyze and create report for the BDSmktg clients.
There are four Call Form types:
-
Store Visit – A call form created to collect answers to questions at a store (location) for an appointment on the calendar.
-
Non-Travel Store Visit - Same as the store visit except drive time and mileage is not collected.
-
Survey - A call form created to collect answers to questions, assigning field representatives to stores isn’t necessary. This call form also does not need to be scheduled on the calendar.
-
Store Survey – A call form create to collect answer to questions that require location information but don’t require a calendar appointment prior to visiting.
-
Hours Only – A call form used to collect hours for an appointment on the calendar.
Call Form Organization
A Team needs to create at least one call form to be able to collect information for their client from the field. The most common configuration is to create one call form for daily store visit questions and another call form for a weekly summary with questions that are more of an overview of the territory.
