In i:c a call form is the foundation which all questions are put on to be answered by a field person conducting tasks or collecting intelligence.

- The first meeting is with the BI Team to determine strategy for call form questions and reporting.
- Bring Item List
- Bring report requests from client
- Bring question requests from client
- Create call form(s)
- Add Library or Custom Questions

Meet with Business Intelligence (BI) Team
Before creating call forms or questions in i:c it is important to plan the attack for information gathering for your Team with the Business Intelligence Team.
This Team has the most experience doing data needs analysis with clients and writing questions that provide the data in a usable format for reporting. The BI Team also has access to report templates that provide a clean and professional presentation of the data.
The BI Team may do all or part of the call form setup it depends on the bandwidth of the Team and the timeline for the launch.
Steps for Creating a new Call Form
- After logging into i:c select a Team and navigate to Manage - Call Forms
- The Call Form Management List is displayed. On initial setup the list will be empty

- Click the Add Call Form link to get started

- The Call Form Add creation form is opened.
- Go to Call Form Article to setup the new call form
- Go to Questions article to setup questions on the new call form
