Resources
The resources module gives user access to files, images and links useful to completing team projects. The resources are uploaded and organized into folders by the Account Team of each ic Team and are all visible here.
Organization
Folder Tree
Resources are organized into folders. The top of the folder tree is the Team name. Each of the folders under the team name contain resources related to the folder name.

The number in each folder row is the total number of resources in each folder. For example the Corporate Docs folder has 41 resources.

Clicking a folder opens it revealing the list of resources.

To close the folder simply click the folder name again.
Resources Types
There are two resource types supported by the Resource module.

Files - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, Text, Image.

Links - links to internet addresses.
Each of the file types is represented by an icon.

Online/Offline
Resources files are always accessed locally on the device. When a resource file is clicked it is downloaded to the device so it is accessible whether the device is online for offline. In order for a link to be opened the user needs to be online.
Search and Filter
To find resources quickly and easily a search bar and filter list is accessible at the top of the screen.
Search
To search for a resource click in the search box at the top of the screen and enter a search word(s)

Next, click the search button on the phone keyboard.

The folders expand to display all of the keyword matches in the list.

Filter
There is a folder filter accessible by clicking the filter icon to the right of the search bar.

Clicking the filter icon opens the folder filter.

Clicking a folder filters the list to display only the folder selected. In the example the BDS Intranet folder is selected.

To clear the filter, select the filter icon and select All.
