Survey
Surveys are call forms which do not require scheduling to a calendar. There are two types: Surveys and Store Surveys.

Survey
Surveys are call forms which are not scheduled and can be entered as many times as necessary.
The survey card includes the team name followed by the survey name (bold) and a survey entry count total.

Click the next arrow to open the task list for the survey call form.

Fill our the survey tasks and click next to complete the survey call form entry.
Store Survey
Store surveys require a store is selected. This enables the team to tag the responses to a retailer and store for analysis.
The store survey card includes the team name followed by the survey name (bold), a location selector, and a survey entry count total.

Clicking the drop-down opens a location selector. Choose a location and click Ok.

The survey actuals total is updated and and location is displayed. Click the next arrow to open the task list for the store survey call form.

The store Info screen opens starting the call form entry process. Select the store status to move to the task list and survey call form entry.
