Prioritization Updates
Column Additions
- Count of unscheduled events - number of unscheduled events for the call form wave
- % of unscheduled events - number of unscheduled events / total number of unscheduled events for the call form wave
Field Rep Capacity
Capacity is defined as the number of work hours available by full and part time field reps on the team. Capacity is added to priority management as a total calculation by week and by priority level.

Users choose the week to view capacity and the total and by priority values reflect the week chosen.
Total Capacity
Total capacity is the number of work hours for full and part time people in the user role on the team.
- Full Time Users - 40 hrs. per week
- Part Time Users - 20 hrs. per week
In the example above for 12/26 - 1/4
- 151 full time x 40 hrs. = 6,040 hrs.
- 520 part time x 20 hrs. = 10,140 hrs.
- Total = 16,180 hrs.

Summary of Capacity Hours by Priority Level
Clicking the Total Capacity link opens the capacity by priority level summary.
Field definitions in summary:
- Priority Number

Incomplete Hours - # of incomplete total hours for all projects

Capacity - left over capacity after subtracting incomplete hours in priority

% Available - % of remaining capacity after subtracting incomplete hours

Filter Update
Show Expired Priorities
To reduce the list of wave priorities only active wave priorities are displayed by default.
Checking the "Show Expired Priorities" checkbox on filter bar before clicking search adds the expired priorities to the list of wave priorities.

Setting/Updating Wave Priority
Priority End date
The priority end date can be left empty. When the end date is not chosen a date of 06/06/2079 is put in automatically for the user but is not displayed.

Setting/Updating Priority new rules
To make the wave update process quicker the following new rules are in place for setting/updating wave priorities:
- When a priority is created for a wave and no end date is set the priority goes from the start date to the end of time (06/06/2079)

When a priority is created for a wave the following changes are made depending on the dates of the new priority:
- The new priority start date is the date chosen
- The new priorities end date if left blank is the end of time
- The old priority end date is ended the day before the new priorities start date when they overlap
- A future priority start date is moved to the day after a new priorities end date when they overlap
- When the new priorities start and end date completely overlap a previous priority dates the old priority is removed.
