Message
The message module is used to read messages pushed out by the team.
Search
To search for a message click in the search box at the top of the screen and enter a search word(s)

Next, click the search button on the device keyboard.

Messages with the search term in the title or body are displayed in the message list.

Messages
The message list displays all active messages. Messages have a visibility start and end date set by the Account Team. After the end date passes the message no longer is displayed in the list.

Messages are listed in order of newest to oldest based on date and time.
To refresh the message list hold and pull down on the message list. A spinner will show and new messaged downloaded.

Message
A message is summarized on the message list with a message card.
The message card has these features:

Subject - the subject is listed at the top in bold and is the purpose of the message

Team - the grey band contains the name of the team which sent the message.

Details - the body of the message. Only a short part of the message is displayed

Date/Time - message visibility start date and time.

Clicking on the message card opens the message details.
Message Details
Navigation
The message detail header contains navigation arrows enabling a user to navigate to a previous or next message by clicking either the up or down arrow.

Clicking the down arrow goes to the next message. Clicking the up arrow opens a previous message in the message list.
Header
The message header contains the following information:

Date/Time - message visibility start date and time.
Message and Image
The message text and image give the details about why the message was sent.

Read Message
To confirm the message is read by the recipient a Read Message button is available at the end of each message.

Clicking the Mark Message as Read button marks the message as read in the message list. In addition it alerts the sender that the message is read.
