Schedule
The schedule app is used to schedule work assigned to a field rep.
Accessing
The schedule app is accessed by clicking the schedule plus icon on the calendar header or the main menu.

Unscheduled Appointments
The unscheduled appointments list is a list of all work assigned to a field rep that is available to be scheduled.

Search/Filter
Search
The search is used to limit the list of unscheduled appointment on the list using free text.
Start by typing in the search field using the devices keyboard.
Initiate the search by clicking the search button on the keyboard.
The resulting list is limited by the search phrase.

Filter
The filter is used to limit the list of unscheduled appointment on the list using preset filters.
To access the filters click the filter icon

The filters screen contains filters to filter the common fields on the appointment card.

The filter is opened. Tap a filter to select it. In the example the Chain Best Buy is selected.

To apply the filter the Apply Filters button is selected.

The unscheduled appointment list is now filtered to only show appointments to Best Buy locations.

To remove the filter click the filter icon, and click the Clear All button. The unscheduled appointment list is reset to display all appointments.

Date picker
The date picker is used for two things on the schedule
- Clicking a specific date loads the list of unscheduled appointments available for that date and in the past.
- Projects are launched (start) on specific dates. The launch date determines when the appointments assigned to a rep are visible on the unscheduled appointment list.
- Clicking a date sets the date appointments are scheduled
The green underline/blue circle denotes the date currently selected
The green dot below the date indicates appointment are scheduled for the date.

The date picker can be scrolled to the right to show dates in the future to view work launched for future dates.

Unscheduled Appointment Card
The unscheduled appointment card has three main components:

- Appointment Details
- Call Form Name
- Chain and location (store)
- Location phone number
- Visit Type
- Visit Duration
- Appointment Wave/Rank
- Color - red is overdue appointment, white is due this week or future
- Wave date range - appointment needs to be scheduled within wave dates
- Rank - extra information about the importance of store which varies by team
- Schedule button
- Clicking the button starts the scheduling process for this unscheduled appointment
Unscheduled Appointments - Overdue work first option
Teams have the option to require field reps to schedule all overdue unscheduled appointments first before scheduling regular work.
If this feature is turned on for a team and there is both unscheduled work and scheduled work
- The schedule button is displayed for all past due work
- The schedule button is hidden for regular work if past due work is not scheduled
- Regular work displays a yellow highlighted note "Schedule past due visits first" when the schedule button is not displayed.
- When past due work is scheduled the Schedule button is visible on regular work.

Scheduling Appointments
Schedule appointment
Scheduling an unscheduled appointment starts on the schedule screen by clicking the SCHEDULE button.

The schedule screen is opened for the date selected on the date picker.
The top of the schedule screen lists the date and the appointment details

Below the appointment details is a daily calendar with a list of times. The calendar is scrollable up and down.
Click a time on the daily calendar to schedule the appointment.
Click the save icon to save the appointment.

Before the appointment is saved a screen confirms that the save is correct.
- Clicking Cancel removes the selected time and abandons the save taking the user back to the schedule screen to start over
- Clicking OK saves the appointment at the selected time.

Appointment Syndication - option
Teams have the option to turn on an appointment syndication feature which requires adding unscheduled appointments to the calendar for the same store being scheduled if it is past due.
Additionally it offers syndication suggestions for appointments due in the future which are optional.
The calendar syndication window displays all appointments that can be syndicated for the unscheduled appointment added to the calendar.
Users can uncheck any appointments where the wave end date is greater than the end of the week (Saturday) the visit is scheduled in.
Example
In the example below the first appointment is required because the wave end date is past due.
The second appointment has an end date past Saturday of the current week and can be added or unchecked and scheduled another time.
