Tasks in step
- The IT Team will create the Team
- Once the ticket is closed the employee doing the setup can login to i:c and the new Team will display in their Team drop-down.
Detail overview of steps
The Information Technology Team will accept the request and contact the requester with any questions.
The new Team will be created using the information contained on the ticket from Step 1.
The Team setup person designated in Step 1 will receive an email once the Team has been setup and it is ready to login.
The setup person will have the Account Team role on the new Team and upon logging into i:c will see the new Team name in the Team: selection; for example Merchandising
