Step 1 - New Team Request
When a new Team is created in Insight:Center it is blank, like a new document. In order for the Team to be used, data needs to be added during the setup process. Creating a new Team is handled by the IT Team however the setup of the Team is work done by the Client or Department Team who is utilizing it.
Step 1 - New Team Request
A new Team is created generally for each new client or department at BDSmktg. New Teams are initially created by the IT department in order to provide consultation on its setup. The process all begins with a request for a new Team.

- Request form on ic Help Center
- Supply name of employee to do the setup
- Supply name for Team

To get a new Team on the i:c platform a person needs to submit a request ticket in the ic help center

Placing a request for a new i:c Team:
- Go to https://helpcenter.bdsmktg.com
- Select the Submit a request link at the top

- Fill out the Request Form with the following details to request a new Team:

Issue - Select i:c for InsightCenter

Subject - Enter the name of the team to setup

Description Enter name of person to setup the team as well as the type of team.

Team Name This is a new team, select Team not listed

Page Name Enter New Team
