Step 1 - New Parts Ordering Program Request
A new Program is created for each new Break Fix Program that will be doing Parts Ordering. New Programs are created by the IT department in order to provide consultation on its setup. The process all begins with a request for a new Program.

Placing a request for a new Parts Ordering Program
- Go to https://helpcenter.bdsmktg.com
- Select the Submit a request link at the top

- Fill out the Request Form with the following details to request a new Team:

Issue - Select i:c for InsightCenter

Subject - Enter parts ordering Program name
-
Description
- Program Name
- Program Description
- Client Name
- Call Form Name/ID for Store Assignments - which has the store assignments to use to assign reps to place the parts
- Call Form Name/ID for Go Backs (Optional)

Team Name Select the team(client) requesting parts ordering program

ic Request Type Select icWeb because the setup is done there

Page Name Enter Parts Ordering Program

Attachments Chain List - Attach a list of Chains for the Parts Program - This populates the chain search screen on the Support Center ticket screen.

Click Submit A new parts ordering program is created and IT will follow-up with any questions regarding the setup.
