Login
Logging in
Launching the icMobile app after installation takes the user to the Login page.
Enter the Username and a Password provided by the ic Welcome email.

Upon entering the temporary password, a screen requesting a new password is presented.
Change Password
Enter a new password and re-type it for confirmation in the second field.

Enter Security Questions
Three security questions are presented to fill in.
Each of the security question fields is a drop-down where a question is chosen and then a response to the question entered. All three are required to save.
Security questions are used in the Forgot Password process to quickly and easily enable a user to change their password and get back into IC.

After completing the security questions click Save to complete the process.
Note: Security requires the user to update their password every 90 days.
Forgot Password or Username
The Password and Username links at the bottom of the login area enable users who need assistance logging in to retrieve their credentials.
Forgot Password
Gaining access to a registered users password is done following these steps
- Click the Password link below the login area.
- Enter a username. A username was supplied in the IC welcome email sent to the BDSMktg.com. email address.
- Click submit

- One of the three security question is randomly asked.
- Enter the answer and click the Submit button.

- Answering the security question correctly opens the change password screen. Enter a new password, confirm it and click the submit button.

- Answering the first security question incorrectly opens a second chance to answer a security question correctly. There are

Forgot Username
Gaining access to a registered users, username is done following these steps
- Click the Username link below the login area.
- Enter an email address. Note: This is the users business BDSMktg.com address.
- Click submit

- A message is displayed stating that your username and password have been emailed to the email on record.

- The Username and Password is emailed. Enter the username and temporary password to login.
Since the password is temporary a new password is required after logging in.

Menu
The menu is accessible by clicking the hamburger icon on the top left side of the header.

After clicking the button the menu fly's out revealing a list a features of the app and the name of the person logged in.
