One and Done Questions
One and Done Questions
One and Done is a new feature in the question setup section of IC Web allowing question creators to choose to have a question displayed on a call form only until it is answered for a store. This feature is not turned on by default. Please submit a IT request ticket under the IC Category to have it turned on for a team.
Setting One and Done for a Question
Setting a question as One and Done is accomplished in the Question Add/Edit section of Question Management.
Users need to first select the Question Type and Answer Type before the one and done check box is displayed. Clicking the check box turns on one and done for the question.

If the question answer type does require setting a done value then it needs to be set after the question is saved. If the question answer type does not require setting a done value, setting the One and Done checkbox and saving completes the setup.
