Call Form Management
Call Form Management
Call form management is used to view a list of all of the call forms (projects) created for the team. It is also used as a hub to access all modules associated with the setup of a call form.

Call Form Management is accessed by navigating to
Team / Manage / Call Forms
The call form management screen uses the General Management page layout.

Searching/Filtering
The call form management grid is searched/filtered using the search in the toolbar and the column filter/sorts.

Add New Call Forms
The details of a call form are added by clicking the Add button choosing the call form type and configuring the needs of the project.

Editing Call Forms
To edit the details of a call form click the call form name link.

Call Form Module setup Links
Many different modules are needed to setup a call form which is ready collect data from field reps. Links to these modules are listed in the call form dashboard.

Materials - setup products needed by store/rep for a call form project.

Billing - client job costing setup by position type to code work for billing

Waves - setup/configuration of time windows for call form execution associated to stores

Reps - assigning field reps to a call form without assignments

Clients - assigning people in the client role to view ic reporting

Bucket - setup of assignments associated with a call form

Question Sets - list of question set and task setup of questions and add/edit of questions

Preview - view a web or mobile preview of the call form questions.

Launch - link clicked once when the call form is first made available to the field for execution. After launching the link is no longer visible.

Delete - call forms can be deleted until they are launched and this link performs the delete.
