Supervisor Store Bucket Management
The supervisor store bucket enables Supervisors to Review/Update/Approve call form store assignments in the store bucket. Supervisors are able to verify that the correct field rep for the job is assigned to a store assignment for a call form/project.
Supervisor Store Bucket List
The Supervisor Bucket is accessed by clicking the link on the main menu:
Team / Manage / Supervisor Bucket new
The supervisor bucket management screen uses the General Management page layout.

Searching/Filtering
The supervisor bucket management grid is searched/filtered using the search in the toolbar and the column filter/sorts. They are generally explained in the following article - General Management page layout.
There are three filters for Supervisors and additional filter for Account Team. Selecting a value in these filters and clicking the Search button loads the bucket list of assignments for review for the call forms selected.
- Call Form (Multiselect) (Required) - list of call forms with buckets to review
- Position - Person (Multiselect) - list of positions rolling up to the logged in user
- Approval Status (Multiselect) - Not Approved or Approved
- FOM Territory (Single Select) (Account Team only) - list of FOM territories.
The list of Assignments displayed after search is based on the FOM territory. This is chosen to include store assignments from the edge of multiple FOM territories that could be missed by using the position tree territories.
Bucket Columns
Below is a list of the available columns in the Supervisor Bucket Grid.

Call Form - name of call form for store assignment
- Wave Start Date
- Wave End Date

BDS Store ID - unique identifier in the USL for the store

Store Name - name of the store

City - City name for the store assignment

State - Steve name for the store assignment

Postal Code - Postal for the store assignment

Market - Market for the store assignment

Rep - Field Rep name assigned to complete the visit

Start Date - Start Date of the visit

Start Time - Start Time of the visit

Total Hours - default hours for this visit

- Position Type

Visit Role - Primary, Secondary

Distance to Person - distance in miles from the store to the field rep assigned to the visit

FOM Territory - name of the supervisor. The drawn territory is used for the boundary of which locations are displayed in the bucket list.

Approved - Approved or Not Approved
Move Columns
Users have a new ability to move a column from right to left in header of the grid
To move a column:
- Select the column to move by hovering over it with the cursor and clicking it.
- Drag it to the right or left in the column header - in the example Rep is dragged to the left.

- Drop it in the position when the up and down arrows are in the correct position between header columns
- The moved column is then positioned in the header where it is dropped.
The order of the columns is saved for the person logged in and will show up in this order until it is changed.
Actions
There are two options to access bulk actions on the toolbar.
Quick Action
The Approve action is available on the toolbar as a button to make it quicker to approve assignments that require no updates.
Select the checkbox(es) next to the assignments

Click the Approve button to approve assignments.

Action Panel
Clicking the Action button on the toolbar opens the Action panel.

The action panel enables the bulk update of assignments without getting in the way of the assignments grid.

New Rep Assignment
- The list of available field reps is filtered by the users role and position in the team hierarchy.
- For multiple rep projects the same rep cannot be selected for the primary and secondary visit role

Update Start Date and Time
- This combo selector allows the update of start date and time
- Both start date and time need to be selected
- If the start date and time overlaps any current bucket or active assignments an error is displayed.

Rules
The following rules apply to this page and will result in an error message depending on the selection made.
- The same field rep cannot be selected for the Primary and Secondary Visit Role
- For multiple rep visits the Start Date and Start Time need to be the same. The dates and times need to be updated in bulk for all assigned reps for the call form and store.
- A date and time before the start date of a wave cannot be selected
- A warning message is displayed if a date and time after the wave end date is selected.
Export
To export the contents of the Supervisor Assignment grid an Export button is available on the Toolbar.

Color Coding for Multiple Rep Jobs
To make it easier on multiple rep call forms to see the blocks of reps working at the same call form/store all rows for the same call form store combination are highlighted with the same color. If the rows are not sorted together store the BDS Store ID column.
