TeamPulse

TeamPulse is an interactive map and dashboard allowing managers to view a live map showing the status of field reps in relation to their scheduled work for the day, a live store map showing status of scheduled visits for the day, as well as a dashboard section showing Completed and Scheduled visit data.

The TeamPulse module uses the General Management page layout.

Map Overview

TeamPulse allows users to view a live map with icons of different colors denoting the status of field reps in relation to their scheduled work for the day. Users can click on the dots to identify the rep, call form, scheduled location, and other data related to the current or next scheduled event.

Filters

The default map setting for TeamPulse is all call forms, reps, and statuses. Use the filters to drill down to the desired view.

Call Form
- Multi-select or Check All
- Can view all call forms for the associated team
Rep
- Multi-select or Check All
- Managers can see people below them on the position tree
- Account team can see all team members
Status
- Status is the current rep state in relation to their next scheduled appointment
- Multi-select or Check All
- Status options correspond to icon colors
Team*
- Multi-select or Check all
- *Only available from main landing page for Directors and above

Map capabilities

Pan and Zoom

Zoom in to get a more detailed view of a specific region. Pan and zoom on desktop using the mouse. On mobile, drag and pinch to pan and zoom.

Views

Use the view button at the upper right corner to change map type.

Map Key

The map key defines the status for each of the points on the map. The map key is collapsed and reopened using the arrow in the upper left corner of the key.

Map Point Details

Rep at store
- Rep has checked in to scheduled location and begun work.
Rep at different store
- Rep has checked in and begun work at a different store than scheduled.
- Different store location identified at the bottom

Between Visits
- Rep has appointments on calendar for the day but not currently scheduled.
- Map dot will reflect the next store on schedule
Rep outside of range of store, Rep not at any location
- Rep has checked in to a store, but the geo check in shows outside of accepted range of store.
- Rep is scheduled but has not checked in to any store.
- Red icon reason displayed under rep name when the dot is selected.
- Clicking the More Info link filters the Visit Dashboard to the field rep named on the map point details.
- Clicking the Sherlock icon adds a blue map point to the map indicating the GPS coordinates of the field rep check in. Since the rep is out of range of the store it allows a manager to visually see how far and where the rep checked in.

Store View

The Store View displays all stores that have a visit scheduled or in progress for the current day. Switch from Rep View to Store View by clicking the Store button in the upper right corner and clicking the green Search button.

No rep currently in store
- Visit scheduled for current day but not currently in progress
- Click on location pin to display upcoming visit data
Rep in store
- Visit currently in progress
- Click on location pin to display visit data

Visit Dashboard

The Visit Dashboard allows for viewing multiple visit selections. Filters at top can be used to return results. Columns in the results can be filtered further for additional views such as store or team.

Date Range
- Completed default date range is 7 days prior
- Scheduled default date range is 7 days forward
