How do I create a new Team within Microsoft Teams?

Team creation is limited to authorized individuals within the organization. Please submit your request by clicking here and include the following information:

Team Name (Please use a descriptive name that clearly identifies the department or account team using it). For example, 'IT - Network Operations'.

Names of the owners of the Team.

Names of the members of the Team.

Please note: IT may or may not suggest changes to the name based on availability.
