Course Completions

All course completions come into IC and include the estimated time in minutes for taking the course and the date it was completed by the employee.

These course completions are assigned to the team the rep works on for payroll verification purposes. If the rep works on more than one team in IC then the team they have been on the longest is the one the course is assigned to.

The completed courses are marked as required or not-required based on how they were assigned.

Required courses - courses assigned to an employee by someone other than the employee
Non-Required courses - courses assigned by the employee themselves (self-assigned).

Only required courses are paid

Work Detail

The Work Detail screen lists hours, mileage and drive time by day in a pay-period. It is used by:

Employees to view/edit their hours/mileage/drive time - including course hours
Managers to review/verify their employees hours/mileage/drive time - including course hours

The work detail screen displays required course hours on the date in the pay-period they were completed.

The example below is taken from the Pay Period Dates 5/13-5/24
The courses were completed on Monday, 5/19

Work Review

Detailed view of required courses

Each day of the work review is verified by the employee's manager including the course hours.

Reporting

Course hours are included on the GAMSEmployeePayImport report.
