HR Update

The HR module has been updated to add new fields to assist the HR payroll team with employee relations.

General Information - new section added

Data fields in General Information section

First Day Worked - first date a user completed a store visit in IC
Last Day Worked - last date a user completed a store visit in IC
Visits Completed - total number of visits completed in IC all time
All Visits Assigned - total number of visits assigned in IC all time
Last Login - the last date the user logged into IC
Future Visits Assigned - all visits assigned for dates after today not completed

Updated Team Grid

Three columns were added to the team grid

All Visits Assigned - all visits assigned for this team
Visits Completed - all visits completed for this team
Future Visits Assigned - all visits assigned for dates after today not completed for this team

Calendar Appointment Lock

The break fix team requested a way to lock appointments from the calendar appointment edit screen.

A Lock Appointment checkbox is now displayed based on a permission by role on the appointment edit that enables a person to click the checkbox and lock the appointment in its date and time for the field rep.

Note: As of this release permissions have only been added for the Account Team and Supervisors roles on the Break Fix team for this feature.
